Addition ratio:

Usage Method
(1) Weigh the silicone rubber raw materials.
(2) According to the addition ratio of Agent A and Agent B, weigh them respectively according to the weight of the silicone rubber. For example, for 20KG of silicone rubber, if the ratio of Agent A is 0.5% and that of Agent B is 1%, then 100 grams of Agent A and 200 grams of Agent B need to be weighed.
(3) Take out the weighed silicone rubber raw materials and knead them first until they become soft, and then add the weighed Agent B and knead them evenly.
(4) After Agent B and the silicone rubber are completely kneaded evenly, finally add the weighed Agent A and knead them evenly again. (The order must be to add Agent B first and then Agent A.)
(5) The finally kneaded rubber can be used for production, and then vulcanized and molded.
Attention! The temperature of the rollers of the rubber kneading machine should not exceed 40°C. Otherwise, it is easy to cause the rubber to become unusable or the operation time to be too short, resulting in premature vulcanization.
It is best to use up the rubber compound that has already been added with the vulcanizing agent within two days. If it is left for too long, the rubber will become unusable, causing a waste of materials.

Precautions for use
(1) When using the platinum vulcanizing agent for production, it is best to use the silicone rubber specially designed for platinum. Otherwise, the rubber compound is likely to become unprocessable (scorch) during the mixing process, and the products are prone to having bubbles. (The price of the silicone rubber specially designed for platinum is similar to that of ordinary silicone rubber.)
(2) During production, when dealing with products in black, dark green, deep red, and other dark colors, the amount of platinum added should be appropriately increased. This is because these colors tend to impede the vulcanization process.
(3) When using this model of platinum vulcanizing agent for production, rubber products should not be produced simultaneously. Otherwise, the products will be poisoned, leading to quality problems.
(4) For different products, silicone raw materials, and processes, the addition amounts of Agent A and Agent B should be adjusted according to the specific situation.
