Product Description

The special anti-blooming agent for silicone rubber is specifically designed to prevent the appearance of white substances on the surface of vulcanized silicone rubber products, thereby improving the appearance of the products. This product features characteristics such as easy dispersion and a low addition ratio. It is suitable for colored heat-vulcanized silicone rubber products. After secondary vulcanization, the products have no odor. At the same time, this product can also enhance the cross-linking effect of the products. It can be used in food-grade products.

Usage Proportion: 0.3-0.5% (depending on the severity of blooming)

 

Usage Method: Add it simultaneously with the vulcanizing agent and other components into the mixed rubber for mixing.

 

Precautions for Use:
Avoid high temperatures, direct sunlight, and keep away from fire sources, strongly acidic substances, metal oxides, amine substances, and flammable materials. It is advisable to store it in a well-ventilated place at room temperature (below 25ºC).
