Features of the soft touch oil product(hand-feeling oil ): It is a two - component silicone spray hand - feeling oil (hand - feeling oil+ platinum water). It is a high - tensile hand - feeling oil with a smooth touch and strong adhesion. After spraying on the surface of silicone products, it can prevent dust adhesion and has a certain anti - static property. It is suitable for various silicone products such as silicone mobile phone cases, silicone buttons, silicone tubes, silicone sheets, silicone handicrafts, and silicone body models, enhancing the smooth touch feeling when touched.

Note: Different product gloss effects can be formulated according to different requirements of customers.

Usage method:
1. Perform secondary vulcanization on the silicone material (at 150°C for 1 - 2 hours) and clean the surface.
2. Dilute the ink with thinner before use. The dilution ratio is: 1 part of ink to 5 - 6 parts of thinner. When diluting, add the thinner in batches following the principle of starting with a small amount and gradually increasing it. After dilution, add 3% - 4% of platinum catalyst based on the amount of ink, stir well, filter through a 300 - 400 mesh filter cloth, and then use it for machine or manual spraying.
3. Let it stand in a dust - free environment for 2 - 5 minutes before vulcanization.
4. Baking temperature and time: For low - temperature hand - feeling oil, the oven temperature is about 120 °C, and it usually takes 5 - 20 minutes to dry.

Special Precautions:
1. This product should be stored in a sealed container in a cool, dry, and well - ventilated place. The storage period is six months. If the product has exceeded the storage period, it can still be used after passing the technical inspection.
2. The product should be thoroughly mixed before use. When preparing the ink, the platinum solution should be added after the ink is diluted, and then mixed evenly.
3. Good and suitable conditions should be maintained during spraying. It is recommended that the operating room be dust - free, with the temperature controlled between 20 - 30°C and the humidity between 55 - 75%. Too low a temperature may lead to poor leveling and reduced adhesion. Excessive humidity can easily cause shrinkage cavities in the coating, while too low humidity can lead to electrostatic dust pollution and safety hazards.
4. A step - by - step temperature increase method should be adopted for vulcanization. If the product is baked immediately after spraying at a high temperature, it will result in uneven surface gloss.
5. The prepared ink should be used up within 8 hours. Sealed refrigeration (0 - 10°C) can extend the storage time.
