Product Description

The internal release agent for silicone rubber products is a commonly used gel-like internal additive in silicone rubber products, which has an excellent demoulding effect. Its advantages include a small addition ratio, easy dispersion, convenient use, environmental friendliness, and it will not produce white spots. Adding a small amount of this product can significantly increase the production output and fully ensure the quality of the products. The internal release agent is widely applied to silicone rubber products with complex shapes, such as buttons, earplugs, etc.

 A. Silicon Polymer        B. Dispersant          C. Release Agent        D. Composite Lubricant

Usage Proportion: 0.3-0.5% (depending on the difficulty of demoulding,for example, 1KG silicone add 3~5g )
Usage Method: Add it together with the vulcanizing agent, etc. into the rubber compound and carry out mixing.  

Precautions for Use:


1. When this product is used for products that require secondary processing (printing or spraying), the dosage should not exceed 0.3%. Otherwise, it will affect the adhesion of the ink.

2. Avoid contact with eyes.

3. Please store it in a ventilated place at a temperature below 40 degrees Celsius and keep it away from heat sources. 4. Store it in a sealed condition.
