--We are a manufacturer, silicone rubber and silicone auxiliaries are our main products. We provide customers with convenient one-stop procurement.
2. what products do you offer ?
--we produce various HTV silicone rubbers (precipitated silicone, fumed silicone, powder silicone, etc), color masterbatch for silicone rubber compound, color paste for LSR, platinum vulcanizing agents, DBPH vulcanizing agent, DCBP, silicone defrosting agents, release agents, hand feel oils, treatment agents etc.
3. Do you provide free samples?
--Yes, we offer free samples to start cooperation.
4. How long to get the sample ?
--Usually 2 days for preparing samples, 5-7 days for shipping.
5. What are required for silicone color matching?
-- If clients with stringent color matching requirements, we need clients to offer their color samples and about 200 grams their silicone rubber. For less strict requirements, providing us with a Pantone color code or selecting from our existing color samples.
6. Do your products come with test reports ?
--Yes they do. We update our reports every year.
7.-How long is the lead time for bulk order?
For silicone rubber, 1--2days for 1 ton, 14--15 days for 20 tons.
For silicone auxiliaries, 3--7days for 1 ton, 7--10days for 2 tons.
8.What is your MOQ ?
--For silicone rubber, MOQ is 500KGS
For other silicone auxiliaries, MOQ is 5KGS
9. How do you ensure your quality ?
--for all the samples we sent to clients, we will save the same original samples in factory, include the formula. Before the bulk shipment, all products must be tested according to samples.
10. If there is a quality issue, what will you do ?
--If it is confirmed that the issue is on our side, we will immediately conduct a root cause analysis and communicate with the customer to determine if corrective actions are needed. If the customer has incurred any losses, we will provide appropriate compensation or offer a replacement/refund.
