Usage method:

Dilute the release agent and stir it evenly, then spray it onto the surface of the mold in the form of mist. The ratio of the silicone release agent to water is 1:15 to 1:30. For example: Dilute and stir evenly 1 kilogram of the release agent with 20 kilograms of clean water. (The specific dilution ratio should be selected according to the difficulty of demolding the silicone product during the molding process.)

The spraying method can refer to the following operations: You need to prepare an empty bottle and a small plastic catheter in advance. Drill a hole in the cap of the empty bottle. Fill the empty bottle with the diluted release agent solution. Insert the plastic catheter into the bottle. Point the air gun towards the hole of the catheter sideways and blow air. Then the release agent solution can be sprayed out from the catheter.
