1. Hot mold cleaning method: Apply a small amount of the undiluted solution or diluted solution onto the high - temperature mold or
pour it on. Let the mold cleaning solvent react with the dirt on the mold for 2 - 3 minutes. Then the dirt will automatically soften and
detach from the mold. After that, rinse the mold surface with clean water, and the mold will immediately become clean and shiny as
if it were new. It is essential to rinse with clean water before the mold cleaning solvent on the mold dries up. Otherwise, the dirt that
has softened and detached from the mold will stick back to the mold surface and cannot be washed off with water. The higher the
temperature of the mold during cleaning, the better the cleaning effect.
2. Soaking method: Fill an iron tank with the undiluted solution or diluted solution. Heat it to above about 60°C and then soak the
mold in it for about 2 - 3 minutes. Alternatively, directly immerse the high - temperature mold into the room - temperature solution,
soak it for 2 - 3 minutes, take it out, and then rinse it with clean water.

5. What are required for silicone color matching?
-- If clients with stringent color matching requirements, we need clients to offer their color samples and about 200 grams their silicone rubber. For less strict requirements, providing us with a Pantone color code or selecting from our existing color samples.
6. Do your products come with test reports ?

For silicone rubber, 1--2days for 1 ton, 14--15 days for 20 tons.

9. How do you ensure your quality ?
--for all the samples we sent to clients, we will save the same original samples in factory, include the formula. Before the bulk shipment, all products must be tested according to samples.

--If it is confirmed that the issue is on our side, we will immediately conduct a root cause analysis and communicate with the customer to determine if corrective actions are needed.
