Solid silicone rubber pigment is specifically designed for coloring HTV silicone rubber. With dozens of base color pigments, we can blend virtually any color you require. This system is widely used in silicone processing including compression molding, extrusion, foaming and calendering applications.

Usage method:
The usage ratio of Color pigment 0.3~4% , specifically depending on the silicone raw materials and the process.
For example: at an addition ratio of 1%, add 10grams to 1KG silicone.
Add the pigment to the silicone rubber at a certain ratio, mix it evenly with the silicone and other materials, and then vulcanize and form it.

5. What are required for silicone color matching?
-- If clients with stringent color matching requirements, we need clients to offer their color samples and about 200 grams their silicone rubber. For less strict requirements, providing us with a Pantone color code or selecting from our existing color samples.

6. Do your products come with test reports ?
--Yes they do. We update our reports every year.

7.-How long is the lead time for bulk order?
For silicone rubber, 1--2days for 1 ton, 14--15 days for 20 tons.
For silicone auxiliaries, 3--7days for 1 ton, 7--10days for 2 tons.

9. How do you ensure your quality ?
--for all the samples we sent to clients, we will save the same original samples in factory, include the formula. Before the bulk shipment, all products must be tested according to samples.

--If it is confirmed that the issue is on our side, we will immediately conduct a root cause analysis and communicate with the customer to determine if corrective actions are needed. If the customer has incurred any losses, we will provide appropriate compensation or offer a replacement/refund.
